The only thing that survived is the webring, but the concept remains...
We
here at Leftgrll believe that women have as many opinions as faces.
Leftgrll is a webring for women who share some common thoughts - particularly
pro-choice and independent political thinking - but who also smash
the stereotype of the liberal woman.
You've
heard the stereotype before, some call it the "Godless, anti-family,
man-hating, self-centered, I am woman hear me roar, radical leftist
feminist" stereotype. Not the Leftgrlls!!!
We are
spiritual, pro-family, love our men and are anything but self-centered.
We have
created the *Real* Leftgrlls of The Web webring to bring together
like-minded
men and women to create a more easily accessible feminist resource
on the web. Yes, we said men! While true, men aren't females (shocker,
huh?), men can offer a distinct insight and perspective on feminism
(see told you we didn't hate men!). This is not a male bashing site
by no means.
Don't
want to join the webring but want to bash the stereotype of the liberal,

to Join
In
order to join I ask that your site meets the following conditions.
I ask that your site
be at least partly about your pro-choice views and/or about your liberal
political views.
No male bashing.. No
sex sites... No pornography...

Pages with the idea
of trying to change people's beliefs to another religion are not allowed
into this ring!
The Ringmaster reserves
the right to include or refuse inclusion in this webring to any party.
Submission to The Leftgrlls
Web Ring does not automatically place you on the Ring. Your page must
be approved by the Ringmaster before you are placed on the Ring.
No
nudity, sexual content, reference, explicit or distasteful pictures
or language will be tolerated at all, and will result in your removal
from the queue without any notice or explanation.

If
you are planning to sign the guestbook now or write me an email in
a negative connotation, please understand that nobody forced
you to read this page. I would never go to a pro-life forum or site
for that matter to start trouble or call people names because that's
not the person that I am. Basically what I am asking is that if you
have nothing nice to say to me, don't say anything at all. I don't
expect everyone or anyone to agree with the contents of this web page,
but I do not run a pro-choice forum on this site, so if you want to
blast someone for being pro-choice, I ask you not to use me as your
sounding board. There are many forums out there for that purpose,
and you won't find me there...
