~Signature Tags~

How to use them and FAQ

How do I save the graphic from Fotki? Do I copy and paste?

No, you do not copy and paste. When you go to the website you click on your thumbnail and a new page will load with the normal version of your tag. You then right-click on your tag and save to your own hard drive. In Explorer is 'save picture as'.

How do I add graphics to a signature for my email?

MICROSOFT OUTLOOK

Tutorial on how to add graphic on a signature for Outlook:

ALSO, this is more info I found:

Outlook Express 5

If you use Outlook Express 5, use the following steps:

On the Tools menu, click Options, and then click the Signatures tab.
Click New to add a new signature tag.
Under Edit Signature, click File, and then click Browse to browse to
the HTML file you created, and then click Open.
Click the Add signatures to all outgoing messages box.
NOTE: If you have more than one signature, click the HTML signature,
and then click
Set as Default to make the HTML signature the default signature.
Click Apply, and then click OK.

Outlook Express 4.x

If you use Outlook Express 4.x, use the following steps:
Click Tools, and then click Stationery.
On the Mail tab, click Signature.

YAHOO

Tutorial on how to put graphics on a Yahoo signature. I tried it and it does work, but you MUST follow the instructions to a T.
http://groups.msn.com/savedsingles/yahooemailsignature.msnw

Click on the Options/Signature - then type in the HTML code you want to use.  Click save.  (there is a VIEW HTML spot where you can see how it will look.)

INCREDIMAIL

Tutorial how to add graphics on a signature for Incredimail:

EUDORA

For Eudora users: Signatures on Eudora do not accept graphics (actually I had found a tutorial but it was complicated as heck), to add graphics into the body of your email go to EDIT then INSERT and PICTURE.

AOL USERS

Click the mail option on your toolbar, scroll down to set mail signature. A little window will pop up, click create, click the little camera icon, find your siggy you want to add and click open. give your email signature a name an save it. When writing new mail remember to click on signatures and click the signature you just created an it will pop right in there.

HOTMAIL

1. On top you will see your options.. Inbox, Compose, Address, Folders and Options. Click on options.

2. You will see a bunch of links - find the one that says Signature - it's in the last column second one down, click on it. Copy and Paste the HTML code inside there then click Okay. To find the html code for the chosen tag right click on it an click properties.

3. Go up and click on Inbox...

4. Compose a new e-mail BEFORE you start typing, check the Rich Text box that is just above the box - type your e-mail. See right above the Cancel button, It says Add signature - click on it and you should see your signature.

If anyone has any instructions on how to add graphics to a particular email client, please let me know and I will add it to this list!

Thank you and I hope this clarifies things a bit for those that were confused on what to do!

MYSPACE

My best suggestion to add graphics/tags on MYSPACE is to open a photobucket.com account and then link from there. Instructions are as follows:

Log into your Photobucket account.
Enter the folder you want and locate the digital content you want to appear on your MySpace page.
Right click on the TAG LINK beneath the digital content and copy.
Log into your MySpace profile.
Click "Edit Profile."
Simply paste the code wherever you would like your picture/graphic to appear.

Thank You and Enjoy!
